Vegetarian Food Smoking Course We can always accommodate vegetarians on our food smoking courses as long as we know in advance. We have also run special vegetarian food smoking days. Instead of smoking the traditional meat, poultry and fish; for vegetarian smokers in addition to the nuts and vegetables we always smoke, we smoke all manner of foods from eggs and quorn to tofu and nut roast and olives. Yes, we will smoke some sausages but they will be vegetarian sausages. We will also smoke some vegetarian cheeses. We would love to run more smoking courses for vegatarians because it gets us thinking of new and interesting things to smoke and we can invent exciting recipes with the smoked foods... however we need vegetarians! If you think you can get together at least 4 people to come on a course together we will put on a day for you... you won't regret it!
