Scones made with lemonade!

After the last smoking course of the year we’ve been playing with other things… my sister in New Zealand told us about scones made with lemonade and we tried them this morning for breakfast… with some success!

The “recipe” was about: 8 oz self raising flour, salt to taste and equal amounts of cream and lemonade mixed in to make a dough.  Plop it on a baking sheet into the oven for about 15 mins.

I think we shall try this as a pizza base next time.  SO easy!
