Last month we were invited to one of the Wild Boar’s steakholder/stakeholder dinners – Smoky Jo gave a brief intro to smoked food and then we tucked in to an enviable feast… which I have already blogged about but I found this picture and it made me hungry…
I was going to put a picture of my courgette soup up, but I’m not a professional and it’s hard to make it look exciting… suffice to say I zazzed up some fairly basic (courgettes, potato, onion, stock) soup by melting some Boursin cheese in at the end. Lovely!
