Wiggo and Cav and our butcher – the best sausages you ever smoked!

On Wednesday the cycling tour of Great Britain went from Carlisle to Blackpool, via Shap!  We were out there with our Union Flag, little blue (the jeep) and over the road were the Bellas butchery people… I was able to pop across and place our order for this weeks “how to smoke food course” between the race leaders whizzing by and the pelaton – also whizzing by…  AND I even managed to get a photo of Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish.  Quite by accident – I thought I was video-ing…

A good collection of guests in for this two day course, looking forward – I hope! – To making sausages tomorrow, hot smoking salmon and then catching a trout for smoking on Sunday.  Bring it on!
